Our recruitment and selection process was designed to be honest and realistic. We spend a significant amount of time reviewing the opportunities and challenges that come with a career with Creative Financial Group (CFG).

This in-depth process provides a clear picture of what it takes to be a successful financial professional at CFG. As you are studying for your insurance and series tests, you will be enrolled in the following selection process.

  • Step One: Recruiting Interview
  • Step Two: Review of a Typical Day, CFG's Marketing Approach and Support
  • Step Three: Review of Compensation Programs
  • Step Four: Optional Parent or Spousal Meeting
  • Step Five: Building your Business/Marketing Plan
  • Step Six: Determining your Graduation Date
  • Step Seven: Your Official Start Date
